Mike Morris

A former Managing Director of Channel 4’s commercial businesses and Director of Saatchi & Saatchi he is best known for financing and producing the UKs most successful comedy film franchise – The Inbetweeners Movie – and creating the major live events – T4 On The Beach; Taste of London, the world’s largest restaurant festival and Freeze, the winter sports festival.

Prior to joining Channel 4 he held a number of senior management positions in the UK. He was marketing director at ITEL, the HBO/United Broadcasting distribution joint venture, responsible for the UK distributor becoming the first television company to win the Queen’s Award for Enterprise International Trade; at Saatchi & Saatchi Group he worked on accounts as diverse as Cricket World Cup, United Distillers, Mars, Intel, IBM and Pedigree Petfoods.

Mike has very broad experience in the business and investment sector particularly in broadcasting, international sales, new media and the advertising and marketing industries but also across product development, retail and live events.

Paul Clark

Paul is an experienced software engineer and technologist, with a history which started with 8-bit micros in the 1980s and a double First in Computer Science from Cambridge University, then real-time systems in laser projection and animatronics – including a ‘Technical Oscar’ as part of a team that created the automated head control systems for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This was followed by building the UK’s first major video-on-demand software platform, FutureTV, in the 1990’s. Since the millennium he has been building interactive TV and video streaming solutions for vertical markets, along with forays into enterprise blockchain, interactive lighting design and digital audio processing.

With a breadth and depth of knowledge across the technology spectrum, Paul is able to keep on the leading edge of new developments and create software architectures that will scale and stay current as they evolve.
